The Inclusive Generation Equality Collective (IGEC) is a group of activists with disabilities and allies from around the world that advocates for the inclusion of feminists with disabilities and a disability perspective in gender equality spaces and decisions. The IGEC was formed in January 2021 to engage in the Generation Equality process and other efforts to advance gender equality.

The Collective welcomes members from any region of the world. Currently, most of its active members are from Africa and Latin America. The working languages of the Collective are English and Spanish.
