Supporting University Students with ADHD

Middlesex University has invited Jane Sedgwick-Müller, a highly esteemed professional in the ADHD field, to share her expertise with colleagues in the sector. In this session, Jane will explore the overlap between ADHD, ASD and SpLDs and common MH conditions, look at the impact of ADHD on learning, share research findings and practical advice, guidance and recommendations for supporting university students with ADHD.

Jane Sedgwick-Müller is a senior lecturer and programme leader for mental health nursing for the Government of Jersey. Jane is also an ADHD coach/psychosocial therapist, executive board member of the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN) and professional advisory committee member of ADDISS: The National Charity for ADHD Information & Support. Jane has received the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) 2020 Muriel Award for outstanding achievement in professional development, and the 2020 Genius Within Award for Neurodiverse
