AccessADVANCE works to increase the participation and advancement of
individuals who identify as women with disabilities in academic science,
technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers. AccessADVANCE works to
increase knowledge and understanding of the issues related to
this understudied and often marginalized group, in order to identify
effective interventions with the potential to systematically address issues
impacting the career advancement and success of women faculty with
disabilities.

AccessADVANCE staff and participants will share challenges and solutions
regarding the recruitment and participation of women with disabilities in
ADVANCE activities and academic STEM careers, and will identify ways that
we can all work together to increase the participation and advancement of
women with disabilities in academic STEM careers.

If you know other individuals who would be interested in participating in
this CBI, please share this information with them.
