Apologies for cross posting - sending this on behalf of Kate Clark

Hi everyone,

My colleagues (Professor Gerard Goggin; Associate Professor Marcus Carter; Dr Ben Egliston and Dr Kuansong Victor Zhuang) and I are conducting a study about the immediate and long-term issues, challenges, and opportunities for disabled users of virtual reality and augmented reality technology, and how developers and platforms can ensure an inclusive and equitable digital future.

We are seeking people with a disability who have previously used VR and or AR devices to fill out a survey (https://sydney.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2nl7O5LKer2R3ro), and potentially participate in a follow-up interview about their experiences using VR and or AR.

Please contact me (Kate Clark) if you would like more information about this study: kate.clark@sydney.edu.au mailto:kate.clark@sydney.edu.au. A detailed participant information statement is available at our linktr.ee/VRDisability.

This study has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of The University of Sydney 2023/352.

Thanks,

Kate
