The festival will take place on 15th and 16th of October and will take a hybrid format - taking place both online and in person at The Centre for Contemporary Art in Glasgow. As part of NEUROSTAGES, four paid mentorship opportunities are being offered for neurodivergent artists based in Scotland to develop a new performance idea, or aspect of their practice, with support from a mentor. The festival is a neurodivergent-led platform and space to celebrate neurodivergent-made theatre and performance work in Scotland. We would like the artists selected to reflect Scotland’s neurodiversity. We understand neurodiversity to mean any neurological difference from the norm, including autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, learning disability, dyslexia, epilepsy and a variety of chronic mental health conditions (if your neurodivergence is not listed here please do not be put off from applying!).
