Could anyone share sample accommodation request questions for registration
forms?

Here in Alaska, I’m working with a domestic violence/sexual assault non
profit on hosting accessible virtual events. I have some ideas how I would
ask about disability accommodations at event registration, but I wanted to
make sure to ask the access hive for ideas too :)

For SDS itself we state that:
“All sessions will have CART. All handouts should be in large print. Plenaries will all have ASL. Otherwise ASL will usually follow the person so state your signing preferences. For anything else please be as specific as possible. Please be sure to give us the email address you check most often.”
